Associate Project Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic 9-person marketing agency. 

In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of driving client success by ensuring the seamless execution of projects from start to finish. You’ll collaborate closely with our team to deliver outstanding results, keeping everything on track and supporting clients in achieving their goals through efficient project management and clear communication.

Place of Work:

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States to apply.

Time Zone:

This position requires working during East Coast hours, so preference will be given to candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track project tasks for content marketing, SEO, and paid marketing projects
  • Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, and video calls to provide updates and gather feedback
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and client meetings
  • Run productive team and client meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items
  • Onboard new clients to establish strong relationships and ensure seamless collaboration, setting the foundation for long-term client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the team to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues that arise during projects
  • Create and maintain project timelines and schedules
  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and workloads are balanced
  • Prepare and distribute weekly status reports to clients and internal teams
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or associate project management role, preferably in a marketing or creative agency setting
  • Experience hosting/running project meetings
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and processes
